For items on PNX Studio, if available, you can order directly on the Website or on e-commerce sites that the website has integrated.

 

For items on the website, if not available. Please pay in advance 50% – 80% of the total order value. When the item is available at PNX Studio, please pay the remaining amount in cash or by bank transfer before or after delivery.

 

– Cash payment method: You pay directly in cash to the delivery person.

In case the Customer deposits but does not pick up the goods, PNX Studio will give the Customer 48 hours to consider. If after 48 hours the Customer does NOT pick up the goods, PNX Studio will not refund the deposit!
